The most important part of Pete’s business model is his ability to take the time to truly learn about a client and their goals. This client-first approach has gained him a reputation of being a Realtor who goes above and beyond the transaction, caring for his clients on both a financial and personal level. With over 15 years of experience, he is equipped with a wealth of knowledge and skill that allows him to handle every situation with the utmost success.
Before becoming a Realtor, Pete worked for nearly a decade as a project manager for a large publishing firm, overseeing complex projects in the yearbook field. In 2002 he dove into the Real Estate Field, where he worked for nine years as a mortgage consultant. It was here that Pete perfected his project management, customer service, and negotiation skills, rising to the top of his industry, receiving over 19 Loan Officer of the Month awards, and two Loan Officer of the Year awards. Working on this side of the industry gave Pete a very unique perspective, which enables him to offer an additional level of service to both his Buyers and Sellers.

Understanding his client’s needs and logically managing the transaction through the entire process keeps Pete’s past clients consistently referring new business to him. This is evidenced by the clear communication that has been an overwhelming theme in his many reviews on Zillow. For his efforts he has received the President’s Circle award in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and again in 2017.

Pete moved from Oakland to Lafayette in 1978 and has lived in Contra Costa County ever since. Pete and his Wife Kellie, a Math teacher at College Park High School, enjoy all that our wonderful community has to offer, including hikes in Briones and the Lafayette Reservoir, evenings out with Friends at incredible local restaurants, and most importantly, spending time with their two wonderful children.
